Apple Dip

A friend of mine made this yummy Apple Dip for me this week and I just had to go home with the recipe. I thought I’d share it with you too…

Apple Dip

1/2 cup Butterscotch Chips

1 can Eagle Brand Milk

1/4 tsp salt

1/2 tsp cinnamon

2 tsp white vinegar

In a small saucepan over medium heat melt together the butterscotch chips, milk and salt. After they are melted add the cinnamon and vinegar and stir well. Serve with sliced red and green apples.

  1. Sounds very good! And the apples would make it sort of nutritious, like pumpkin pie. Don’t you love fall food?


  2. My oh my, does that look yummy. We used to make an apple dip out of marshmallow fluff. But I never make it because I don’t dare have that stuff on the shelf…if ya know what I mean.
