Devil’s Claw

March 5, 2007

For my guild’s special project in February we pieced Devil’s Claw blocks. They were to be pieced in reds and whites with a finished size of 16″. Everyone who pieced a block had their name thrown in a hat and there were 3 lucky winners that divided the lot. Unfortunately, I wasn’t one of the lucky winners. 😦

  1. That is a good looking block, especially in that fabric, and the component parts aren’t too hard to put together. Too bad you didn’t win.

  2. I’m sorry you didn’t win, too. This will be a gorgeous quilt!

  3. that would be a great block for your 12 x 12 explorations

  4. It’s a nice looking block, your fabrics really make it glow.

  5. Love the block. Our guild does a block-lotto also but I can’t ever win them either. —but I keep trying!
