A Look Through Time

July 20, 2006

This group of industrious kids made this quilt while studying Medieval History. Each one painted a block. They then assembled the blocks and sashing by machine and quilted it on my longarm quilting machine.

I think they did a terrific job. They are so creative and bold.
I have more pictures but I am having trouble getting photos to load to blogger this morning. Maybe I will be able to add more later.

  1. They did a great job. And it is so nice of you to let them use your longarm.

  2. Kids quilting…wonderful! They did a great job. Which one gets to keep it, or do they pass it around?

  3. Welcome back! What a neat quilt! They did a wonderful job!

  4. Looks like they did a great job. It is refreshing to see kids being so creative.

  5. Oh, you caught them coming and going with this one…history, romance, art, quilting! Great job!

  6. Love the medieval quilt! I think it’s great when kids quilt!
